Council Business – January 2013 19/02/2013


This is a summary of the Council Meeting held on Monday 21st January  2013

a) Council was advised of the current membership position and the total resignations to date.

b) Council was updated on the proposed development adjacent to the 7th fairway.
 
c) Council admitted 2 applicants to Full Membership and 3 applicants to Social Membership.

d)  A Disciplinary Committee was formed to deal with an incident in the Clubhouse.

 e) Council was updated on the Rivers Agency dealing with the problem
 with the storm drain water coming from the Antrim Road onto the 18th fairway.

f) Council agreed to proceed with the installation of tee markers (White green and Red)

g) Council agreed to adjustments being made to the pedestrian gate on Grays lane.

g) Council agreed to proceeding with the upgrading of the lighting in the clubhouse.
