Mr Pat Toal’s Captain’s Day will be on Saturday, June 22^nd.  The Captain hopes that as many members as possible will be able to join him on that day and that the weather will be favourable.  The course will be in its current excellent shape and good golf will be rewarded. 

The allocation of starting times will be at 7.00 pm on Friday, 7^th June and those present will get priority. 

On Captain’s Day, the Presentation of Prizes will take place at approximately 10.00 pm and all members and their partners are cordially invited to attend.  The Club Steward will make the Shaftesbury Room available for those waiting for the presentation. 

There will be a 9 Hole Competition for ladies starting from 6.00 pm and the prize for that will be presented on the night.  All the Captain’s prizes will be on display from early next week. 

Kevin has prepared an excellent menu for the Captain’s Dinner and this can be viewed on the Restaurant Notice Boards.  The price will remain the same as in previous years i.e. £20 less the £1 Club subsidy.  Early booking is advised.

After the Presentation of Prizes there will be dancing till late with Louis Small.  The Captain wishes everyone an enjoyable day.
