Extract from Minutes of June 2013 Council Meeting

 

 

(1) Council agreed to implement the increases to Bar Prices, recommended by the Finance Committee, from 1^st July 2013.

 

(2) Council agreed the following recommendations by the Membership and Rules Committee:

 

1.) That the Mixed Lounge should now be known as the Downview Lounge,

 

2.) That the Members Bar should be renamed the Cavehill Lounge and that it should be open for use by all adult members and their guests. (Junior members and any person under the age of 18 years should not be permitted in the Cavehill Lounge at any time).

 

3.) That the former Ladies Lounge should be renamed the Castle Meeting Room. (To be used for purposes designated by Council or on the permission of the Honorary Secretary).

 

The Bye-Laws of the Club have been updated to reflect these changes.
