EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

MONDAY, 14^TH OCTOBER 2013

AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF FORTWILLIAM GOLF CLUB WILL BE HELD IN THE CLUBHOUSE ON MONDAY, 14^TH OCTOBER  2013 AT 7.30 PM. (RULES 21.2 AND 22).

THE PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING, WHICH HAS BEEN CALLED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CLUB, IS TO GIVE THE MEMBERSHIP THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS AND VOTE UPON THIS ONE PROPOSAL.

 

 

This EGM authorises Council to introduce a new levy under Rule 12.2 to take effect from the 2013-2014 Financial Year.  The rate of the levy shall be £95 with a reduction to £30 for Junior Term Members, Student Members, House Members, Social Members and Members aged over 80 years.  The need for and rate of the levy shall be subject to annual review at the Annual General Meeting.
