This notice is a reminder that we are approaching subscription year 2014.

 

Please note that any transfers and resignations must be sent in writing to the Office before 31^st December 2013.  If you resign you will be removed from the GUI site on 31^st December your smartcard will no longer operate so please use any funds on your card before this date.

 

We have several methods of payment:

Ø       Cheque/Cash

Ø       Debit/Credit Card – you may pay over the phone.

Ø       4 months Direct Debit payments (Jan-April equal instalments)

Ø       Standing Order – 10 months payments in advance (year 2015)

Ø       Premium Credit – 10 months payments plus small fee.

Ø       Money transfer to club – Sort code 98-00-11 account number 04161188.

Premium Credit forms are available from the office and must be returned by 30^th November 2013 to be collected and actioned by the Credit Company.
