1. It was agreed that the running of the Club be passed to the Honorary Officers during July and August.
2. Council agreed to relax playing times for Associate, Junior and 5 day members during July and August (see notice board for details)
3. The Finance Committee was authorised to explore a means of charging parties using the Downview lounge.
4. Council asked the Honorary Secretary to pass on its appreciation of the way the new caterer Mr. Phil McCleery had handled a challenging introduction to the Club.
5. It was agreed to revisit the charging structure at the bar to increase profit levels by charging more to non members and maintaining charges to members as close as possible to the current rate.
6. Council agreed to hold an information meeting in August to apprise members of the Club’s financial situation and to provide details of a potential land sale.
7. A Spring/Summer work programme was tabled by the Green’s Convenor and adopted by Council.
8. A request from the Ladies’ Section to have exclusive use of the course up to 6pm on Ladies’ Captain’s day was agreed.
