Captain’s Day 20^th June 2015

I wish to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to all those who helped make Captain’s Day such a memorable day for me. I received unstinting support from the club’s staff and others, not only on the day, but also with the planning and preparatory work in the weeks leading up to Captain’s Day.

I should like to thank all our members for your support. I was delighted with the large turnout for both the Captain’s Day competition and the ladies nine-hole competition. It was gratifying to see an almost full timesheet. The Captain’s Dinner in the evening was also very well attended. 

Congratulations to all the prize winners, especially Stephen Benson who won the Captain’s Prize and Claire O’Grady who won the Ladies nine-hole competition.
