As you will hopefully know by now, our team qualified last Friday at Portadown Golf Club with a great win over Warrenpoint.

The finals will be held at Carton House near Dublin on Friday 18th & Saturday 19th September.

It is most important that our team are throughly prepared for these matches. This means travelling to Carton House for the practice days on Wednesday 16th & Thursday 17th September. The team, reserves and management will need to be accommodated during these four days.

The Club are actively seeking sponsorship, some of which has already been obtained. However, the team also require the support of Fortwilliam Golf Club members.

Therefore, the club have organised a draw to take place on Saturday 5th September at the George Jones entertainment evening. Tickets for the draw are £20, with the three winning tickets of £250, £150 & £100 in cash.

Tickets are now available in the Professional Shop, the Cavehill Bar, Downview Lounge and some members may well approach you to buy a ticket.
