Members to be encouraged to pay subscriptions early to help with the Club’s cash flow situation. A £20 top up to be offered to golfing members who comply by the end of November. 

The Green’s Manager will be asked to cut fairways back closer to tee boxes where possible. 

A decision to remove the bunker at the front of the 12th green following a request from the ladies’ committee was deferred until closer to the beginning of the 2016 playing season. 

A request to extend playing times for associate members was refused. 

Council regretfully accepted the resignations of Mr. Roddy O'Flaherty and Mr. John O’Reilly. 

Council accepted the nomination of Mr. Eamonn Lundy as Vice Captain for 2016/7. 

It was agreed to ask for volunteers to form a committee to determine how the Club should mark its 125th anniversary. 

It was agreed the 2016 formal dinner/dance be held in March as a farewell to the outgoing Captains and a welcome to the incoming Captains. 

The Greens manager has agreed to postpone the greens drill and fill procedure until next Spring.
