• It was agreed that postal votes be permitted at the February 2016 AGM for election to Council only.

• Council agreed to the continued production of AGM booklets.

• It was agreed to introduce an introductory rate for Class2A and 5day membership.

   

• Council was notified of a £2 increase in Ulster Branch GUI fees after invoices for 2016 subscriptions had been posted. It was agreed that the increase would not be passed on to members this year.

   

• 6 Applications for Class 1A and 1 for junior membership were accepted.
