AGM MONDAY 22^nd FEBRUARY 2016

 

 

 

1. MOTION

The AGM agrees to allow Council to seek planning permission for the disposal of three residual areas of land for development

Site A: By the 7^th Tee Box

Site B: By the 2^nd Fairway / Gray’s Lane

Site C: The Greenkeeper’s Yard

The motion was carried

 

 

2. ELECTIONS

 

The following officers were elected:

3. TREASURER’S REPORT

 

Key points from Annual Statement of Accounts Financial year Oct 2014 - Sept 2015

 

Significant improvement in our financial position

 

Overall surplus of £47,985 in 2014-15 compared to deficits of £52,433 in 2013-14 and £159,561 in 2012-13

 

This is a turnaround of £207,546 in two years.

 

The bank has returned the club to mainstream banking status
