·       Council acknowledged the contributions of the outgoing Captains and President and welcomed the new appointees.

·       It was agreed not to change the 3^rd and 8^th tee boxes back to the previous layout due to the inadequacy of response to the members’ survey.

·       It was noted that following a recent meeting with the Bank, the club has moved from Special Relationship Management status back to mainstream banking.

·       Following an analysis of sores returned for each hole during 2015 competitions, it was agreed to amend the stroke indexes to more accurately reflect the degree of difficulty. Details will follow.

·       Following the decision taken by members at the February EGM it was decided to begin preparations for seeking planning approval for the disposal of the areas of peripheral land identified.
