Dear Members,

Our Caterer has reported that a sizeable number of members visited the restaurant recently without having booked. This, of course, presents difficulties in terms of staff management and food preparation and inevitably leads to delays in serving meals. Whereas the Caterer is delighted with the response he is getting, he has asked me to remind members to pre-book especially at busy times of the week.
