Summary of Council Business – December 2012 05/02/2013

This is a summary of the Council Meeting held on

Monday 17th December 2012

 

a)     Council was advised of the current membership position and the total resignations to date.

   

     b) Council was advised of the vacancies arising on Council in 2013.

 

     c)  Council re-admitted 3 applicants to Full Membership.

         Council re-admitted 1 applicant to Juvenile Membership.

         Council admitted 2 applicants to Full Membership.

         Council admitted 6 applicants to Social Membership.

 

     d)  Council agreed to a request from the Northern Ireland Hospice to present an

              Awareness Event at the Club in the New Year.

 

       e) Council was advised that the Rivers Agency was dealing with the problem

           of the storm drain water coming from the Antrim Road onto the 18th fairway.

 

       f) Council was advised that the Annual Review of Handicaps was complete.
