We’re proud to have one of the most vibrant junior sections in North Belfast with over 80 golfers. At Fortwilliam, young golfers of all abilities can learn the game, make friends, and develop skills that will last a lifetime.

Affordable Memberships – From just £66.50/year (Junior) up to great value Student and Juvenile (Young Adult) categories.
Professional Coaching – PGA and senior led lessons and group coaching sessions to help juniors progress.
Competitions & Teams – Opportunities to represent the club in Golf Ireland competitions, play in junior opens, and compete in friendly formats.

Pathway for Young Golfers
* Age 8-11: Fun introduction sessions on Sundays during terms time, and Tuesdays during the summer.  
* Age 12-15: progressing to having a handicap and playing in Junior competitions
* Age 16-17: progressing to having an adult handicap and when low enough able to play in adult competitions.
* Age 18–35: Transition into Student or Juvenile membership.
