By applying for the Twilite Summer 2026 category, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Membership

   • Twilite 2026 is a temporary, golf-only introductory category. It is not a full membership of Fortwilliam Golf Club and does not carry the rights or privileges of standard membership categories.
   • This product includes mandatory golfing insurance

2. Duration
   The Twilite Membership is valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2026 only. Access will automatically expire on this date.

3. Playing Rights

   • Golf may be played after 5:00pm, seven days per week, subject to tee sheet availability.
   • Access is restricted to the course only during the times stated above.
   • Normal tee-time booking procedures via ClubV1 and the Pro Shop apply.
   • Access is not permitted during designated competition blocks or club-reserved times.

4. Restrictions, Twilite Members do not receive:

   • Golf Ireland / WHS Handicap services
   • Entry into club competitions
   • Clubhouse member discounts
   • Voting rights or governance participation
   • Reciprocal club arrangements

5. Eligibility

   • Applicants must not have been a golfing category member of Fortwilliam Golf Club during 2024 or 2025.
   • Fortwilliam Golf Club reserves the right to verify previous membership status.
   • Twilite Membership is only available to individuals aged 18 and over.

6. Category Status

   • Twilite Membership is a one-season trail introductory category and is not guaranteed renewable in the same format for 2027.

7. Booking & Conduct, all Twilite Members are expected to:

   • Adhere to club rules, etiquette, pace of play and dress standards
   • Respect tee-time bookings and cancellation policies
   • Follow all instructions from professional staff and club officials
   • Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Payment

   • The Twilite Membership fee must be paid in full before access is activated.
   • Fees are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Access, Fortwilliam Golf Club reserves the right to:

   • Restrict or suspend access due to course conditions, maintenance, competitions, or safety reasons
   • Amend tee-time availability as required for operational purposes

10. Acceptance

    • Submission of the sign-up form and payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the temporary nature of this category.
